Job Description – Telecom Order Management Specialist
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Shift: Night Shifts
Education: Any Graduate (Graduation mandatory)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Order Management Specialist with robust domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in various service and order management processes. The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly, take ownership of tasks, and deliver high‑quality service that meets client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Telecom Domain & Order Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Telecom domain with strong expertise in Order Management.
Hands-on experience in S&F; (Service & Fulfillment) Domain Order Management.
Manage invoice pulls, inventory pulls, contract pulls, and handle billing disputes and disconnects efficiently.
Handle circuit design, MACD requests (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect), order status updates, and escalation handling.
Work on service performance escalations, billing dispute resolution,



and ensure timely closure of requests.
Service Delivery & Quality
Learn and master the assigned process quickly to meet client expectations with high accuracy.
Take ownership of service requests and ensure end-to-end resolution.
Actively coordinate across internal teams to drive task completion.
Meet goals related to reliability, efficiency, quality, and overall client requirements.
Operational Excellence
Prepare and assist with reports as assigned by the Team Leader.
Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team objectives.
Ensure strict confidentiality of all client-specific information and maintain password security.
Comply with information security guidelines and report any security incidents or data losses immediately to the concerned authority.
Shift Flexibility
Must be willing to work in night shifts as per business requirements.
Eligibility
Any Graduate (Undergraduates are not eligible).
