Role Overview

Regional Wealth Manager, this is a primarily outbound, on-ground sales role focused on acquiring new clients across assigned locations (Bhusawal, Ratnagiri, Kolhapur, Nasik), closing investment business, and ensuring a smooth onboarding handoff to operations/advisory teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial sales or wealth or investments, with a strong local client network and the ability to drive in-person prospecting and end-to-end sales.

Key Responsibilities
Current client acquisition (Outbound and On-Ground): Proactively identify, reach out to, and convert prospective clients through field visits, cold meetings, local networking, referrals, and community engagement within the assigned geography. Sales closure: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, understand client needs, present suitable investment solutions, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals. Onboarding support: Coordinate documentation and onboarding steps with internal teams to ensure a seamless account opening and activation experience. Pipeline management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline,



track progress, and update CRM or trackers with accurate activity and conversion metrics. Market and product awareness: Stay updated on market trends and investment product positioning to communicate clearly and responsibly with clients. Experience and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the finance sector with exposure to wealth management or investments such as mutual funds, PMS or AIF, bonds or fixed income, insurance, broking, or investment platforms. Strong local client network in assigned cities with demonstrated ability to generate meetings through on-ground efforts and referrals. Proven track record of managing the full sales process from lead generation to closure, especially in field-based roles. Strong communication, relationship-building, and basic analytical skills including the ability to explain investment options and risk-return clearly. Location: Bhusawal, Ratna
