Role Overview

We are looking for a BFSI Recruiter with 2 - 4 years of experience managing end-to-end hiring mandates across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the BFSI talent landscape, and the ability to build robust relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Wealth & Asset Management, Investment Banking, Corporate & Retail Banking, NBFCs, Fin Tech, Risk & Compliance, Taxation, Audit, Corporate Finance, and related BFSI functions. Source, screen,



and assess candidates through various channels, including headhunting and market mapping. Build and maintain a strong pipeline for BFSI professionals. Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience. Visit clients across Mumbai for requirement discussions and stakeholder management. Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. 2 – 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the BFSI domain. Strong understanding of BFSI functions, including Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Taxation, Audit, Risk & Compliance, and hiring trends across the sector Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
