Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews of client holdings across MF, equities, debt, and FDs.

• Identify duplication, underperformance, and inefficiencies in portfolios.

• Design before–after restructuring proposals showing value-add to clients.

• Build and maintain Team One Model Portfolios (SIP, lumpsum, thematic).

• Provide research notes and talking points for RMs ahead of client meetings.

• Train RMs on market updates, product positioning, and investment narratives.

• Track performance of recommended strategies and update quarterly.

Desired Profile

• Education: CFA (L1/L2 preferred), CA (with investment exposure), or MBA (Finance).

• Experience: 2+ years in mutual fund/equity research, PMS/AIF, wealth management, or brokerage research desk.

Skills:

• Robust analytical skills in portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and fund research.

• Advanced Excel & Power Point skills.

• Understanding of financial products: MF, equity, bonds, PMS/AIF, insurance.

• Ability to communicate research insights simply for client-facing teams.

• Certifications: NISM Research Analyst (preferred).
