Role Summary

We are seeking a commercially savvy and technically aware Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will own vendor relationships, drive cost efficiencies, manage cloud and technology billing, and ensure timely procurement of IT products and services to support project delivery. This is a high-impact role requiring solid negotiation skills, business acumen, and a solid understanding of the IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor & Supplier Management





• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs (Dell, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, etc.), distributors, and resellers.

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage a reliable vendor base aligned with XCT's project and client requirements.

• Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews and ensure SLA compliance.

Procurement Operations

• Handle end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, and professional services.

• Raise and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouse and project teams.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.

Cloud Billing & License Management

• Oversee and manage cloud billing across platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP — ensuring cost accuracy, optimizing spend, and resolving billing discrepancies.

• Track software license renewals, maintenance contracts, and subscription schedules to prevent lapses.
