Role Description The Head of Sales and Marketing is a full-time,



on-site role located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing the sales strategy, managing key client accounts, building and leading a results-driven team, and driving marketing campaigns to increase the network of Solar Kits and Equipment in RTC Energy. The position requires ensuring that sales goals are met, identifying market trends, building solid customer relationships, and managing sales and Procurement teams. Qualifications
