We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Technology leader to drive the implementation and evolution of a next-generation Advanced Planning System (APS) within a large, global manufacturing environment. This role will play a critical part in transforming supply chain planning capabilities through the deployment of modern planning platforms while supporting an enterprise-wide ERP transformation.

The incumbent will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams to design, implement, and optimize planning processes across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and integrated business planning.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the IT workstream for Advanced Planning System (APS) implementation and transformation initiatives Partner with business teams and system integrators to define planning system architecture, workflows, data models, and integration strategies Drive end-to-end solution design across APS platforms, ERP systems, data management, and integration layers Manage data architecture, governance, quality,



and master data readiness for planning applications Define and oversee inbound and outbound integrations between planning systems, ERP platforms, and other enterprise applications Identify and resolve data gaps, process bottlenecks, and integration challenges Support automation of planning data flows and recurring business processes Participate in steering committees and represent the IT function in planning transformation programs Lead integration testing, issue resolution, user readiness, and stabilization activities Develop long-term support and enhancement strategies for planning systems Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and IT Drive change management and adoption of recent planning capabilities across the organization Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience :
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Systems and Digital Supply Chai
