Role Description This is a full time, on-site Insurance Underwriter role based in Thane. The Insurance Underwriter will assess risk profiles for general and life insurance proposals, analyze client information,



and determine appropriate coverage terms, premiums, and conditions. The role involves reviewing applications, financial documents, medical or risk reports, and insurer guidelines to make sound underwriting decisions in line with regulatory and internal policies. The Underwriter will collaborate closely with the sales, broking, and client service teams to structure solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate terms with insurers, and support policy issuance and renewals. The position also includes maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring portfolio performance, and contributing to process improvements and underwriting guidelines. Qualifications
