Manage product listings, catalogue creation, and optimization on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and other online channels. Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, keywords, and content optimization. Manage D2 C website operations, inventory visibility, and customer journey. 2. Catalogue Management & Content Hygiene

Maintain catalogue accuracy and ensure regular audits for SKU mapping, pricing updates, images, attributes, and product information. Coordinate product launches, current SKU onboarding, and listing approvals. 3. Sales Growth & Revenue Management
Drive sales growth through promotions, marketplace campaigns, visibility programs, and product positioning. Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, ROAS, traffic, AOV, and repeat purchases. Identify growth opportunities across marketplaces and D2 C channels. 4. Marketplace Operations & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with Production, SCM, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams to ensure product availability and order fulfilment.



Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs across online channels. Manage marketplace operational activities including order processing, returns, and claims. 5. Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns
Coordinate with marketing teams/agencies for sponsored ads, keyword campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activities. Support SEO, performance marketing, and marketplace advertising initiatives. 6. Customer Experience & Reviews Management

Monitor customer queries, ratings, reviews, and feedback. Ensure timely resolution of complaints and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Analytics & Reporting

Generate MIS reports on sales performance, inventory movement, campaign effectiveness, customer trends, and profitability. Provide business insights and recommendations for growth. 8. Cross-Functional Coordination
