Location: Science City, Ahmedabad (Work From Office)

Shift: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Early Morning – International Shift)

Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, converting leads into sales, and delivering an outstanding customer experience through consultative selling.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in the solar industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation
Achieve assigned sales targets. Generate recent business through outbound calling. Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Customer Communication
Communicate confidently and professionally with customers. Explain solar products and solutions clearly. Handle customer queries and objections effectively. Consultative Selling
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct structured sales conversations.



Guide customers through the complete sales process. Close deals efficiently. Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure high customer satisfaction. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients. Required Skills & Qualifications
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in the solar industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree is preferred (not mandatory for deserving candidates). Excellent spoken English is mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sales and achieving targets. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
