Role:
As a Senior Associate, you'll play a senior client-facing role, collaborating with global investment professionals while leading and mentoring Associates and Analysts internally. You'll own project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive excellence across Northstar's research and analytics practice.

Manage and oversee deliverables including, but not limited to:
Financial models & valuation analyses Investment committee documents Industry landscapes & competitive benchmarking Company profiles & information memoranda Financial and operational analysis of businesses across industries Maintain an end-to-end understanding of the investment lifecycle across buy-side and sell-side mandates Client & Project Management
Manage client expectations and ensure timely, high-quality output on all deliverables Translate client needs into actionable tasks for the team and ensure seamless execution Collaborate with leadership to support client relationship management Team Management and Collaboration
