Strong Business Development and Recent Business Development skills Proven Sales skills with the ability to achieve and surpass targets Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences Advanced Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and customer needs Problem-solving mindset with technical knowledge in Test & Measurement Instruments and associated industries Self-motivated, adaptable, and proficient in managing remote work environments Experience in R& D, Aerospace, or Defense industries is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
