Role: Social Marketing Lead/ Social Media Growth Manager

Compensation : 4 to 7 LPA + Performance Incentives

Candidates who do not meet at least one of the above platform benchmarks will not be considered for this role.

Role Overview:-

We are building a next-generation AI research and technology company focused on developing foundational AI systems.
- This role sits at the intersection of social media growth, creator-led marketing, deep-tech communication, brand positioning, and digital distribution.




- The selected candidate will work closely with leadership, research, engineering, hiring, and business teams to understand Blu Bridge's deep-tech products, research work, company direction, hiring campaigns, founder communication, and internal initiatives.
- The candidate will then be responsible for converting those inputs into robust social media campaigns across Linked In, X/Twitter, You Tube, Instagram, Medium, and other relevant platforms.
- We are not looking for someone who only knows how to post captions or manage a content calendar. We are looking for someone who has already built attention on social media and can use that ability to market deep tech products/systems, research initiatives, and Blu Bridge's public brand.
- The candidate must understand how to create content that gets attention, builds trust, improves reach, and positions Blu Bridge as a serious AI research and engineering company.
