The Prospect:

The Security Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing all security operations at Queen Elizabeth's School, Gurugram, ensuring a safe, secure, and safeguarding-focused environment for students, staff, parents, visitors, and contractors.

The successful candidate will establish, implement, and continuously enhance security systems, operating procedures, emergency response frameworks,



access control protocols, and campus surveillance measures. The role requires a highly vigilant, disciplined, and proactive professional with experience managing security teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence within a premium educational environment.

As a key member of the Operations team, the Security Manager will play a critical role in supporting the school's commitment to safeguarding, student wellbeing, and campus safety.

The Role:

Security Operations Management
Lead and manage all day-to-day security operations across the school campus. Develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure effective deployment, supervision, and performance management of security personnel. Conduct regular security inspections, patrols, audits, and risk assessments across the campus
