Wealth Relationship Advisor at Bachatt

Are you passionate about personal finance and love building client relationships? Bachatt (Trusave Fintech Pvt Ltd) — a Series A funded fintech startup backed by Accel, Lightspeed & Info Edge — is hiring Wealth Relationship Advisors to join our growing team.

This is a high-energy, target-driven sales role for someone who thrives on performance and wants to build a career in financial services.

What you'll do:

→ Acquire and onboard new clients for Bachatt's investment & savings products

→ Build and manage a portfolio of retail wealth clients

→ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

→ Educate clients on investment products — mutual funds, SIPs, savings plans

→ Maintain strong client relationships and drive repeat business





→ Work closely with the advisory team to deliver the right product to the right client

Who we're looking for:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience in sales / BFSI / wealth / banking

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

• Hunger to hit targets and earn performance incentives

• Basic understanding of financial products is a plus

• NISM certifications (even partial) are an added advantage — not mandatory

Location: Gurugram, Udyog Vihar (in-office)

Working days: 6 days a week

Joining: Immediate
