Role Description The Senior Architect will lead the architectural vision, planning, and design for residential, commercial, and land development projects,



ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements. This full time, on-site role based in Devanahalli involves preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, master plans, and design concepts, as well as coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. The Senior Architect will oversee design development from concept to execution, including material selection, design detailing, and quality review at key milestones. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with project management and engineering teams, supporting technical evaluations for land acquisition and development feasibility, and ensuring adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability best practices. The role also involves mentoring junior team members, contributing to design standards, and supporting presentations and documentation for clients, partners, and regulatory authorities.
