Position Title: Senior Tax Analyst / Senior Executive Tax:

Report to : Assistant Manager Taxation

Position Summary: Candidate will be an integral part of the Allegis Group India Tax team and would assist Direct taxation functions of the team primarily (90%) and 10% support will be on the Indirect Taxation Functions.

Education & Experiences:

Qualification- CMA/CA – Inter / M. Com / A skilled qualification such as CA – Inter preferred.

Experience- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Direct Taxation, preferably from any Big 4 or similar Tax consulting firm or from any other MNC experience.

Job description and Role responsibility:

Preparation of Advance tax computations on quarterly basis and ensuring the timely payment of Advance tax for all Allegis Group India entities.

Support to AP and AR Team & Business Finance team in terms of addressing queries on Withholding tax / assist in getting Form 10 F every year for Allegis Group foreign companies.

Support AP team by generating Form 15 CA for foreign payments on need basis.





Maintaining the tracker & all relevant supporting documents for all the Cross broader payout done from the Allegis Group India entities.

Preparation of various Tax Schedules / work papers for Tax audit / Statutory audit / Internal audit and Income tax return preparation.

Preparation of draft 3 CD XML Generation for Allegis Group India entities Tax audit purpose along with necessary Tax audit Schedules and work papers.

Reconciliations of all related party transactions with related party ledgers and GST Returns and ensure accurate numbers are reported in Form 3 CEB.

Liaising with Tax auditor / Statutory auditor / Internal auditor to address all basic queries related to advance tax / TDS / income tax computations etc.

Assist Tax manager to collect input data from various internal stake holders to work on the Transfer pricing Segment allocations for Allegis Group entities and to finalize the TP study report.
