We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The selected candidate will work closely with senior architects on a variety of residential projects, primarily based in the United States. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain international project experience and develop technical, design, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities
Work under the guidance of senior architects on architectural design and documentation. Develop and manage architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit. Prepare construction documents, design development drawings, and presentation materials. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP, structural, and other consultants. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines. Assist in design development, space planning,



and technical problem-solving. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows as required. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is required. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and consultants. Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Open to learning current software, technologies, and workflows. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred. Experience working on residential projects is an advantage. Familiarity with U. S. architectural standards and documentation practices is a plus. What We Offer
