About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the execution and implementation of our in-house Payment Aggregator (PA) platform. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role suited for candidates who thrive at the intersection of payments technology, compliance, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead execution and rollout of the Bank's PA stack – onboarding journeys, checkout integrations (cards, UPI), and transaction flows along with UI/UX. Coordinate BIN certification requirements with card schemes and PG partners; manage PG integrations across phases (dedicated BIN, shared BIN, multi-PG). Drive end-to-end project management for PA onboarding across internal teams (compliance, legal, risk, technology, operations). Translate regulatory and scheme guidelines (RBI, PCI DSS, Card Schemes) into actionable product and process flows. Support compliance and audit readiness – ensure KYC, merchant
