About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead the finance function of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, costing, taxation, compliance, budgeting, treasury management, and driving financial controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial accounting, month-end/year-end closures, and preparation of financial statement. Lead manufacturing finance activities including product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory regulations, and coordinate audits. Manage treasury operations,



cash flow planning, working capital, and banking relationships. Strengthen internal controls, improve financial processes, and support business decision-making. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory compliance. Hands-on experience in manufacturing finance, costing, and inventory accounting. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel. Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and team handling skills. Preferred Experiece
Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Experience managing audits, compliance, and operations. The maximum salary budget for this position is ₹25 LPA. Interested candidates who are comfortable with this compensation range are requested to apply.
