ERP & Audit Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for managing ERP process flows, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, supporting audit requirements, and maintaining data integrity between ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Tally).

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Process Management & Problem Solving
Monitor and manage end-to-end ERP process flows across departments Identify bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and process gaps Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution Ensure proper documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) 2. Tax Invoice Management
Generate accurate tax invoices in ERP for: Finished goods outward transactions Corporate sales/dispatches Ensure invoices are created before dispatch (including courier shipments) Verify correctness of GST details, pricing, and customer information Coordinate with logistics to align dispatch with invoicing 3. Data Reconciliation (ERP vs Tally)




Regularly match ERP data with accounting records in Tally Identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis Ensure timely correction of mismatches Maintain reconciliation reports and logs 4. Audit Trail & Reporting
Maintain system-generated audit trails for all critical transactions Generate reports for management review Ensure traceability of edits, deletions, and approvals within ERP Track and maintain audit trails for all transactions within the ERP system Key Skills & Requirements
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally-integrated ERP / others) Solid understanding of accounting principles and GST compliance Experience in audit support and documentation High attention to detail and analytical skills Proficiency in Tally and Excel Problem-solving mindset with process-oriented thinking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Accuracy of ERP transactions Timeliness of invoice generation Reconciliation discrepancies resolved Audit observations and compliance status
