them. Team Manage ment: Guide and manage 3 to 4 Direct Sales Team (DST) executives to maximize team productivity and sour
cing.
Requirements and Qualific
ations
Expe rience: Proven track record in LAP, Secured Business Loans, or Mortgage loan
sales. Dual Mana gement: Prior experience balancing branch banking channels and open market/DSA channels simultaneously is a strong adv
antage. Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills tailored for HNI c
lients.
