What You'll Do Concept Development Translate marketing briefs and strategic inputs into strong creative concepts
Develop visual directions that communicate ideas clearly and effectively
Create mood boards, storyboards, references, and visual explorations for campaigns




Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to build integrated creative solutions

Creative & Design Execution Design key visuals, campaign assets, presentations, and brand communication materials
Develop production-ready artwork across digital, print, and experiential mediums
Create layouts and visual systems that are both aesthetically compelling and strategically aligned
Adapt concepts seamlessly across social media, digital advertising, websites, print, and event collateral

Collaboration & Innovation Work closely with account managers, designers, videographers, editors, and production teams to bring ideas to life
Present creative concepts and visual rationale to internal teams and clients
Stay updated on emerging design trends, typography, visual storytelling, motion graphics, and AI-powered creative tools
Contribute fresh perspectives during brainstorming sessions and campaign development

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Design, Vi
