Our client is seeking a People Operations Workday Specialist to join our growing Global Shared Services team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances technical Workday expertise with a passion for a seamless employee experience. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations, ensuring that as our client grows, our processes remain lean, accurate, and agile.
Role Responsibilities:
Global Data Stewardship: Drive the end-to-end execution of global Workday data transactions, ensuring high-integrity data management across the entire employee lifecycle. Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Build complex Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable, data-driven insights. Operational Governance: Act as the team's Quality Auditor. Develop and maintain rigorous audit frameworks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure 100% data accuracy and compliance. Operational Excellence : Serve as the People Operations champion who understands Workday and can enable workday reports for the rest of the People team.
Technical Support & UAT: Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and new feature deployments. You should be able to think critically and build the right test scenarios for testing. Execute high-impact EIB loads and one-time payment cycles. Process Optimization & Automation: Identify systemic gaps and manual bottlenecks; design and implement automated solutions to enhance scalability. Stakeholder Partnership: Consult with People Business Partners, Global Mobility, Perks, and Talent Dev to transition new processes into Shared Services, defining clear SLAs and success metrics. Service Excellence: Manage inquiries via Service Now, providing a high-touch, "white-glove" experience for employees while maintaining strict PII confidentiality. Required Qualifications
