Role Description The Purchase Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Aluva, responsible for managing and optimizing all procurement activities for the organization. This role includes identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, and ensuring timely procurement of materials, components, and services required for various projects. The Purchase Executive will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to forecast demand, and maintain accurate purchase records and documentation.

Day-to-day tasks include issuing purchase orders,



tracking deliveries, resolving discrepancies with vendors, and continuously assessing supplier performance for quality, cost, and compliance. The role also involves implementing best practices in sourcing and cost control, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting overall project timelines and business goals.

Qualifications
Strong procurement and sourcing skills, including supplier identification, vendor evaluation, and negotiation of terms and contracts.
Experience in purchase planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management to ensure material availability and cost efficiency.
Familiarity with procurement processes and tools such as purchase orders, RFQs/RFPs, vendor databases, and basic ERP or inventory systems.
Knowledge of the renewable energy, electrical, or engineering sectors, with an understanding of technical specifications for components and services (preferred).
