Roles and Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management
Manage and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices. Ensure availability and reliability of IT systems and infrastructure. Monitor system performance and implement upgrades when required. Network & Security Administer LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, firewalls, antivirus, and data protection policies. Manage backup and disaster recovery processes. User Support
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues . Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user queries . Conduct user training on IT systems and security awareness. ERP & Application s Support and maintain ERP systems (SAP B1) . Coordinate with vendors for application support and upgrades . Manage software licenses and compliance .

n Lead IT projects including system implementations and upgrade s. Drive digital transformation initiatives and process automation.

Required Skills & Competenc
ies Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Networking, and Cloud platfo rms. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools and backup soluti ons. Knowledge of ERP SAP B1 systems and database managem ent. Excellent problem-solving and analytical ski lls. Solid communication and stakeholder management abilit ies. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple proje cts.
