Brand Manager – Roofing Sheets co at Chennai

CTC: Maximum gross up to 15 LPA
Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, product launches, marketing campaigns, dealer engagement programs, and lead-generation initiatives to strengthen market presence in the roofing and building materials segment. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across dealer, contractor, architect, and industrial customer channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
Develop annual brand and marketing plans.
Define product positioning and messaging.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
Recent Product Launches
Plan and execute new roofing sheet product launches.
Coordinate with sales, product, manufacturing, and distribution teams.
Develop launch campaigns, promotional materials, and sales toolkits.
Measure launch effectiveness and market penetration.
Trade Marketing




Design dealer and distributor engagement programs.
Execute retailer branding, point-of-sale visibility, and merchandising initiatives.
Organize dealer meets, contractor meets, and customer events.
Digital Marketing
Manage website, social media, and digital campaigns.
Drive lead generation through Google, Meta, and Linked In platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Market Research
Conduct customer and channel partner surveys.
Analyze pricing, competition, and industry trends.
Identify growth opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and external agencies.
Build relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and contractors.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or related field.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building materials, roofing, steel
