Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Jr. Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing and branding strategies for Naagin in a full-time, on-site role based in Lower Parel West, Mumbai. The Brand Manager will oversee brand planning, product positioning, campaign execution,
and market performance analysis. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, management of external partnerships, and the conceptualization and execution of innovative initiatives to engage diverse customer segments. The ideal candidate will also be involved in ensuring cohesiveness in all customer touchpoints, identifying emerging trends, and driving brand visibility across markets.
Qualifications
Experience with brand strategy, market positioning, and multi-channel campaign development Proficiency with market research, data analysis, and consumer insights Skills in content development, social media marketing, and creative storytelling Solid leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or experience in FMCG/CPG sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Ma
