We are looking for a creative and performance-focused Social Media Manager & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and run effective advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both organic social media management and paid Meta advertising, with a strong focus on engagement, lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
- Write engaging captions and ad copy.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and relevant content opportunities.
- Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

Meta Ads Management

- Plan, create, launch,



and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Set up campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, conversions, engagement, and retargeting.
- Define and test target audiences, interests, demographics, and custom/lookalike audiences.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, headlines, and CTAs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, placements, and creatives.
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking where required.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Prepare regular Meta Ads performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
