About the Role

Kushwaha Homes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, friendly and motivated Telecalling Executive to join our real estate sales team.

In this role, you will speak with prospective customers who have shown interest in our residential projects and builder floors. Your main responsibility will be to understand their requirements, explain relevant project details, follow up with interested customers and help generate qualified site visits for our sales team.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We will provide the necessary product and process training.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using leads provided by the company.
- Understand customers' requirements, preferred location, budget and property preferences.
- Explain project details, configurations, key features and other relevant information clearly.
- Answer basic customer queries and build interest in suitable properties.




- Follow up regularly with interested customers.
- Qualify leads and identify customers with genuine purchase interest.
- Schedule site visits for interested and qualified customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the company's CRM.
- Keep track of scheduled follow-ups and ensure no genuine lead is missed.
- Work toward individual and team targets for qualified leads and site visits.
- Maintain a qualified and positive communication style with every customer.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

- Is confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Has good communication skills in Hindi; English will be an advantage.
- Is polite, presentable and customer-friendly.
- Can listen carefully and understand customer requirements.
- Is comfortable with regular follow-ups.
- Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Can work in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Has basic computer knowledge and is comfortable learning CRM software.

Freshers with good communication skills and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or real estate sales will be an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
