Job Description – Product R&D; Executive

About the Role

We are an e-commerce brand that discovers and brings unique, useful, cute, quirky, and trending products to our customers. Our Product R&D; team is responsible for finding the next product that can become a hit!

This role is 100% focused on product research and discovery. You will spend your day exploring different platforms, spotting interesting products, and identifying products that have strong potential for our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Research and discover unique, useful, cute, quirky, and trending products

Regularly explore platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and various product/forsage websites

Identify products that are new, innovative, problem-solving, visually appealing, or viral

Track trending products and emerging consumer interests

Find products from different online platforms, marketplaces, and international websites

Shortlist products based on uniqueness, usefulness, demand, trend potential, and selling potential





Study competitors and other e-commerce brands to identify new product opportunities

Maintain a list/database of potential products with relevant product links and basic details

Continuously discover fresh products rather than researching the same categories repeatedly

What We Are Looking For

Someone who genuinely loves discovering new products

Excellent internet browsing and research skills

Active on social media and aware of trends, viral products, and internet culture

Creative and curious mindset

Strong attention to detail

Ability to spot a product and think: “This could actually sell!”

Valuable understanding of what makes a product interesting, useful, cute, quirky, or impulse-worthy

Comfortable spending several hours researching and scrolling online

Freshers can apply if they have strong product-hunting and research skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
