HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations with strong hands-on experience in recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle along with day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals and other relevant channels
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate technical/functional interview rounds with department heads
- Handle salary discussions, offer rollout and joining follow-ups
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain recruitment trackers and weekly hiring MIS
- Coordinate attendance, leaves and basic HR policies
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations




- Work with department heads to understand and fulfil manpower requirements

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience is essential
- Experience in IT/Software recruitment will be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple open positions
- Positive working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment platforms

Preferred Profile

We are particularly looking for someone who is strong in recruitment and can take ownership of hiring, rather than a profile focused only on attendance, payroll or documentation.
