Healing Life Rehab Clinic – Mira Road

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Speech & Hearing professional to join our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Eligibility — Mandatory

Diploma in Hearing, Language & Speech (DHLS) / relevant recognised Speech & Hearing qualification
RCI registration completed with a valid RCI Registration Number
Positive communication skills
Experience working with children is preferred
Freshers with the required qualification and RCI registration may also apply

Role & Responsibilities

- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist during therapy sessions
- Conduct therapy activities under appropriate professional supervision
- Assist with screening, assessment-related activities and documentation as permitted by qualification/scope
- Work with children with speech, language, communication and developmental difficulties
- Support children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions
- Communicate appropriately with parents/caregivers
- Maintain patient/session records
- Coordinate appointments and therapy schedules
- Work collaboratively with Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, Special Education and Physiotherapy teams
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
- Follow clinic safety and patient-care protocols

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month

Salary will depend on:

- Qualification
- RCI registration
- Experience
- Clinical skills
- Communication and patient-handling ability
