Job Summary

CE Comfort Engineers is looking for an experienced MEPF Project Manager to lead and manage MEPF execution for industrial and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, resource management, quality, safety, client coordination and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of MEP & Fire Protection (MEPF) projects.
- Plan project activities, manpower, materials, equipment and resources.
- Manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection works.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and internal design/procurement teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements before execution.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and take corrective actions for delays.
- Ensure proper coordination between different MEPF services and civil/structural works.
- Monitor material procurement, delivery and installation to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable codes.
- Conduct regular site reviews and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, measurements and billing coordination.
- Monitor project costs and support effective cost control.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and maintain safe working practices at site.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Identify project risks, delays and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.




- Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging and project handover.

Required Skills & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in MEPF project execution, preferably in industrial/infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and Electrical systems.
- Experience in managing large-scale MEPF projects from execution through commissioning and handover.
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, project planning, scheduling and resource management.
- Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, specifications and site execution.
- Solid leadership, problem-solving and client-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera and AutoCAD will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in industrial projects will be preferred.
