Role & responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs for MEP works
- Review drawings and specifications for estimation purposes
- Prepare cost estimates and budget analysis for MEP systems
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills
- Monitor project costs and control variations/change orders
- Prepare rate analysis for MEP items
- Track material consumption and project progress
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams
- Evaluate vendor quotations and assist in procurement processes
- Prepare monthly billing and project cost reports
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications
- Maintain documentation related to billing, contracts, and approvals
- Assist in tender preparation and contract management
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
