About the Role

Podium Systems is hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager – General Trade for the Jalandhar region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing distributor, dealer, and retailer networks, expanding market presence, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Support dealers with lead generation and business development initiatives.
- Expand market coverage and improve product distribution.
- Conduct product presentations and dealer training programs.
- Monitor channel partner performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.




- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility

- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in General Trade/Channel Sales.
- Proven experience in distributor and dealer management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver business growth.
