We're Hiring: Saviynt L3 Engineer | IGA, IAM & Saviynt | Hybrid – Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Chennai / Pune | 3–6 Years

Techwurkz is hiring an experienced Saviynt L3 / IGA Engineer for a leading global consulting organization. If you have strong hands-on experience in Saviynt, IGA, IAM operations, integrations, access governance, and production support, this is an excellent prospect to work on enterprise Identity & Access Management environments.

Position Details

✔ Role: Saviynt L3 / IGA Engineer
✔ Experience: 3–6 Years | 4+ Total / 3+ Relevant preferred
✔ Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune
✔ Work Model: Hybrid
✔ Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
✔ Employment Type: Full-time
✔ Support: Flexibility for on-call, weekend & holiday coverage

What You'll Do

✔ Provide L3 support across Saviynt IGA incidents, service requests, problems, access reviews, and platform operations.
✔ Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform RCA, and implement permanent corrective actions.
✔ Configure and support Saviynt integrations, connectors, workflows, access requests, and application onboarding.
✔ Manage access certification campaigns, remediation, tracking, and audit evidence.
✔ Support releases, patches, upgrades, deployments, and change governance.
✔ Develop automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
✔ Maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, technical documentation, and operational reports.
✔ Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to resolve defects and dependencies.
✔ Support requirements analysis,



design validation, testing, and transition activities.

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of strong hands-on Saviynt experience.
✔ Strong knowledge of IGA / IAM operations, including provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, user lifecycle, audit, and compliance.
✔ Experience with complex integrations, connectors, workflows, and platform enhancements.
✔ Strong troubleshooting skills with Saviynt configuration, SQL, scripting/automation, and ITSM.
✔ Experience with change/release management and production support.
✔ Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
