Job Summary

We are looking for a Research & Development Executive to conduct market research, identify new opportunities, analyze trends, and support the development of new ideas, programs, and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and industry research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collect and analyze relevant data to support business decisions.
- Identify new ideas, products, services, and program opportunities.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Support the development and improvement of existing programs and services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for research and development activities.
- Conduct surveys, feedback collection, and market studies.




- Monitor industry developments and emerging trends.
- Maintain research data, records, and documentation.
- Support management in strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Research, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in research, business development, market analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and research tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
