Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field visits, referrals and networking

Meet prospective clients and understand their requirements

Conduct property/site visits and presentationsFollow up with leads and convert them into salesBuild strong customer relationshipsA

chieve monthly sales targets

Stay updated on property inventory, pricing and market trends

Requirements:

0–3 years of sales experience

Freshers with an interest in real estate can apply

Positive communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel extensively for field workTwo-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory

Basic real estate knowledge is an added advantage

Location: Thubarahalli, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
