We are a property management company looking for a Facility manager for one of our Managed Communities in Uppal Locations

Job Summary:-
This is a full-time job. We need a good experienced, and talented Facility Manager with Excellent English Communication and Electrical Knowledge.
The Facility manager should be confident in his approach.
The facility manager should be having good Man Management skills and leadership qualifications.

- Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
- Maintain stock levels and parts within budget Oversee security of buildings and grounds.
- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and the team.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the consequences.
- Directly coordinate and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
- Ensure buildings meet health and safety requirements
- Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
- Coordinate and lead one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility
- Use performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.

We have an Immediate Opening so first callers shall get the priority:-

* Ensure a strict SOP is being followed in the Gated Community.
* Regularly using and updating information in the Respective Building Management System.
* Regular follow-ups and making sure the respective Requests, and complaints raised by the Residents are being solved at the earliest.
* Ensure the Association and the Residents are happy with the day-to-day management of the Gated Community.
* Managing and controlling the Soft Services for the building which includes House Keeping, MEP Services, Security and Landscaping.

*Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications*
* Previous experience of minimum 3 years in a similar field. (If any)
*Should have sound knowledge of Electrical works, STP & WTP Operations.

* Bonus up to Rs 3,000 - Rs 5000 will be given if the required KPIs are full filled.
