We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation and sales for our plotted development projects in Karjat, Lonavala, Kamshet, Khandala, Alibaug, etc.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in real estate lead generation, digital marketing, sales conversion and site-visit management, preferably for plots, land, villas or second-home projects.

Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through Meta, Google & other digital platforms.
- Manage leads, calls, WhatsApp follow-ups and site visits.
- Convert prospects into bookings.
- Develop relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Manage marketing campaigns and track lead/sales performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.
- Prior experience selling plots, land, villas, second homes or similar properties preferred.




- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales-closing ability.
- Existing network of real estate brokers/channel partners will be an advantage.
- Should be highly target-oriented and comfortable working on performance-based incentives.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi

Performance Expectations- The candidate will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, site visits and bookings, with the ultimate objective of selling the project’s inventory.

Remuneration - 15,000₹ onwards /month(based on experience), + A 100% bonus of monthly pay on the sale of each plot.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
