- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand customers' budget, location preferences, configuration requirements, and investment objectives.
- Present residential projects, including apartment configurations, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Conduct and coordinate property/site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales activities in CRM/MIS.
- Stay updated on residential property market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through solid customer relationships.
- Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, campaigns, and other sales activities.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.48 per month
