We Are Hiring – Student Counselor

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, guiding them toward suitable online and distance-learning programs, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and understand their academic and career aspirations.
- Explain suitable UG, PG, and professional programs.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student and lead information in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions and student-support teams for smooth onboarding.

Who We Are Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in student counseling,



academic counseling, inside sales, tele-calling, or customer relationship management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening and counseling abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
