We are a Kolkata-based real estate development house building, MS Realtors, with 2BHK and 3BHK residential inventory to sell. We're looking for an experienced Sales Executive who knows how to generate their own buyer interest, through referrals, ground-level networking, broker relationships, past client relationships, or their own outreach, rather than someone who waits on company-supplied leads. We will provide leads too, but the ideal candidate doesn't need them to hit target. If you have a proven track record of sourcing and closing residential sales on your own, this role is built around you.
Preferred experience in construction would be added value.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
