Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader with at least 1 year of experience to manage a team, monitor daily performance, and ensure targets and company processes are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide a team of employees on a daily basis.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor team performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide updates to management.
- Motivate team members and maintain a positive work environment.
- Identify performance issues and provide coaching/support.
- Handle basic employee concerns and coordinate with HR/management.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Requirements





- Minimum 1+ year of Team Leader/Senior Executive experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
