We are looking for a dedicated and confident Visa Counsellor to join our Immigration Consultation team. The ideal candidate must have solid communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a basic understanding of visa refusal reasons, documentation, and the visa application process. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling to clients for Skilled Worker Visa, Study Visa, and Tourist Visa categories.
- Guide clients through the complete visa application process, including documentation, eligibility checks, and timelines.
- Explain visa refusal reasons and suggest corrective solutions for re-application.
- Stay updated with the latest immigration policies, visa rules, and country requirements.
- Assess client profiles and recommend the best visa options based on their background.
- Support clients in preparing necessary documents, forms, and applications.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, WhatsApp queries,



and scheduled appointments.
- Build trusted relationships with clients by offering transparent and professional guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa types, refusal cases, and documentation process.
- Ability to handle client queries with clarity and patience.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Email, CRM preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in immigration or consulting is an added advantage.
