Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive Academic Coordinator to oversee curriculum implementation, manage daily academic operations, support teaching staff, and assist with student engagement and admissions outreach. In this role, you will ensure high educational standards, bridge communication between faculty and administration, and handle proactive calling to engage prospective and current students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Operations & Curriculum: Assist in planning, evaluating, and updating curricula, lesson plans, and teaching schedules to maintain high educational standards.
- Teacher Support & Supervision: Mentor and evaluate teaching staff, conduct classroom observations, and coordinate career development workshops.
- Planning & Scheduling: Design timetables, examination schedules, academic calendars, and institutional event routines.




- Telecalling & Student Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective students/parents to explain academic offerings, follow up on admission inquiries, discuss student progress, and collect feedback.
- Student Performance Tracking: Monitor academic results, review assessment data, and coordinate remedial support for students needing assistance.
- Parent & Administration Liaison: Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs), resolve parent concerns via calls or in-person meetings, and report updates to management.
- Resource Management: Ensure faculty members have required instructional materials, digital platforms, and classroom resources.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
