We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall operations of our turnkey interior execution projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in interior fit-out execution, team management, project coordination, and operational planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall operations of turnkey interior projects.
- Oversee multiple projects from execution to completion.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth coordination between design, procurement, site, and execution teams.
- Improve operational processes and project execution efficiency.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and resource allocation.
- Resolve project-level operational issues and escalations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Report operational performance to management.
