What You'll Do

- Lead the creative design direction for real estate marketing campaigns and brand communication.
- Create high-quality creatives for Instagram, Facebook, digital ads, campaigns and other marketing channels.
- Develop visually compelling real estate ads with strong hierarchy, typography, composition and CTA placement.
- Translate marketing briefs into effective and engaging visual concepts.
- Review, guide and improve creative work produced by junior team members.
- Manage creative timelines and ensure quality delivery within deadlines.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Sales teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver conversion-focused creatives.
- Bring fresh design ideas and stay updated with current design and real estate marketing trends.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in **graphic design / creative design**, preferably within real estate, digital marketing, advertising or a related industry.




- Strong knowledge of **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and/or other professional design tools**.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy and branding.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative requirements simultaneously.
- Solid communication, presentation and feedback skills.
- Ability to guide and manage junior designers.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating **real estate, digital advertising or performance-driven creatives** is preferred.

Practical Design Assessment
Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a **60-minute practical design task** based on a real estate advertising brief.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per year
