Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Administrator / System Administrator to manage our company's IT infrastructure, servers, networked systems, endpoint security, and day-to-day IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, security, regular maintenance, monitoring, and timely resolution of IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Windows Servers and company IT infrastructure.
- Perform regular server monitoring, maintenance, backups, and health checks.
- Manage Active Directory / Windows Domain environment.
- Add, configure, and remove computers/users from the company domain.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, groups, and access policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain Seqrite Endpoint Security / Antivirus across company systems.
- Monitor security alerts, antivirus alerts, endpoint threats, and system security events.
- Take appropriate action on security alerts and coordinate resolution of security incidents.
- Monitor server and PC performance, storage, connectivity, and system health on a daily basis.
- Ensure Windows and application updates/patches are installed regularly.
- Maintain system security by ensuring antivirus definitions and security patches are up to date.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and user-access-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset and system records, including computers, users, software, licenses, and network devices.
- Perform regular checks of server logs and critical system events.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for hardware, software, networking, security, and server-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT infrastructure, configurations, incidents, and maintenance activities.




- Prepare and submit daily IT monitoring and activity reports to management.
- Ensure IT systems are secure, available, and functioning efficiently.
- Follow company IT security policies and recommend improvements wherever required.

Required Skills

- Positive hands-on experience with Windows Server administration.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Experience managing Windows desktop/laptop environments.
- Hands-on experience with Seqrite Endpoint Security / Antivirus or similar endpoint security solutions.
- Knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus management, security alerts, and threat monitoring.
- Experience with Windows updates, patch management, and system maintenance.
- Basic to good knowledge of LAN, TCP/IP, networking, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to monitor systems proactively and identify potential issues before they affect users.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Administration / System Administration.

Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, proactive, security-conscious, and capable of independently managing day-to-day IT administration activities.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
